Join the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 21st for an evening of connection, celebration, and community engagement featuring the Chamber’s Annual Meeting, Business Mixer, and special behind-the-scenes tours.
This event brings together Chamber members, local businesses, community partners, and guests for a meaningful evening highlighting regional collaboration, business relationships, and Chamber priorities for the year ahead.
Who Can Attend
The Manufacturing Collaborative Tour at Vermont State University (VSU) is open to the public. RSVP is requested by May 18 for tour participation.
The Business Mixer, Annual Meeting, silent auction, and evening networking activities are open to:
- Chamber members at no cost
- Those interested in joining the Chamber, with a suggested contribution $10
- Invited non-member guests, with a suggested contribution $10

What to Expect
Manufacturing Collaborative Tour and Presentation
The evening begins with an optional tour of the Manufacturing Collaborative at Vermont State University, followed by a presentation highlighting its role in workforce development and regional collaboration.
Business Mixer
Beginning at 5:30 PM, guests can enjoy a relaxed networking opportunity under the My Place Hotel Tent. This is a great chance to connect with fellow members, business leaders, prospective members, and invited guests.
Hotel Tours
Guests will have the opportunity to participate in hotel tours during the evening, with additional tours available later as interest allows.
Annual Meeting
The Chamber’s Annual Meeting will include a brief update on Chamber priorities, leadership, and upcoming initiatives.
During the Annual Meeting, the Chamber will also take a moment to recognize its Business Person of the Year, in loving memory of Sherri McPhetres. Sherri’s dedication, generosity, and lasting commitment to both the Chamber and the greater community left a meaningful and lasting impact. She will be deeply missed and gratefully remembered.
Silent Auction
A silent auction will be held during the event to support Chamber programming and local business engagement.
